We'll give you a clear, honest price right on the phone, then come straight to you. Our technicians carry professional lockout tools for house doors, apartment doors, commercial doors, and vehicles, and we open them the right way: with skill, not force. Your lock and your door are left exactly as they were — no drilling, no damage, no drama.
While you wait, find a safe, well-lit spot nearby and keep your phone handy in case we need to reach you. It also helps to have an ID with your address ready — we may ask to confirm that you belong there before we open the door, which is simply good practice and protects everyone. And please don't try to pick, pry, or force the lock yourself: improvised attempts almost always damage the door or the lock, turning a simple opening into a bigger (and costlier) repair.
A note about our hours, because we want you to know exactly what to expect: we're open 24 hours Sunday through Thursday, and on Fridays from midnight until sundown. We observe Shabbat, so we're closed from Friday sundown through Saturday nightfall — calls during that time will reach our voicemail, and we'll return them Saturday night. If you're locked out during Shabbat, please reach out to a neighbor or another local locksmith, and we'll be glad to help you with anything else once we're back.
